The newly produced polypeptides have part or the entire primary structural conformation of polypotent granulocytic colonium-stimulating factor (hpG-CSF) of mammals, including people. They demonstrate the physical and immunological properties and in vitro the biological activities of hpG-CSF isolates from natural sources. The method for the preparation of the polypeptides is based on the prokaryotic and eukaryotic expression in exogenous DNA hosts. Potentials have also been disclosed for the chemical synthesis of the polypeptides including the biochemical and immunological relations of hpG-CSF.
