PURPOSE:To improve efficiency for post-editing by referring to the grammar information of a second language in the case of performing post-editing to the translated result on an editing picture. CONSTITUTION:A first language sentence inputted from an input part 11 is edited into a suitable form at need, by an editing part 12 and sent to a translation part 13 later. For the first language sentence sent to the translation part 13, morpheme analysis is performed by a morpheme analysis part 13a, further, syntax analysis is performed, and it is sent to a transformation part 13c. At the transformation part 13c, transformation from the analyzed first language sentence to a second language sentence is performed. The second language sentence transformed by the transformation part 13c is generated into a correct syntax by a syntax generation part 13d based on the grammar rule of the second language sentence and afterwards, the translation is completed by changing word forms at a morpheme generation part 13e. The obtained translated result sentence is freely edited by the editing part 12 and displayed on a display part 15 or outputted as a hard copy by a printing part 16. |
