PURPOSE:To protect an electric plate holding member from an excessive stress, by providing a fixing member for fixing an oscillator with a moving body in a body and a holding member for holding an outer electrode terminal made up of one body or a plurality of members. CONSTITUTION:A fixing member 14 has a belt-shaped projected part 14A formed in a body. A tube part 14c is inserted until it is put in contact with a step part 18a of a tightening bolt 8 so that the tube part 14c can not rotate at the top of the tightening bolt 8. Then, the tube part 14c is fixed by tightening a nut 16 at a screw part 8b. The projected part 14A has a hole 14B provided near the top thereof in accordance with an outer terminal of the electrode plate, and the hole 14B is surrounded by an insulating material 15. The outer electrode-plate terminal is fixed by inserting a cross-shaped top part 6-3 of the electrode plate 6 with the outer terminal into the hole 14B. A driving circuit and a voltage detector are distributed by using a connector or a wire that is soldered directly to the outer fixed terminal. |
