This invention is for the construction production industry.The panel consists of longitudinal flats (1) connected with cross flats (2), an armoured concrete strip (3), which has thickened bearing ends (4), and a lifting loop (5).The technological process of the panel production proceeds in this order:The required length of longitudinal flats (1) are cut and connected with screws to the cross flats (2). The metal net (7) is connected by the lower clamps (6) to the longitudinal flats (1) and this wooden-metal shell is put into a prepared concreting mould. Then it is put and fixed to the loop (5) of the metal shell and the lower strip (3) of the panel and its ends (4) are concreted.When the concrete reaches 70% of the rated strength, the panels are implemented for a customer. |
