The present invention relates to refrigeration elements. The refrigeration element according to the invention is essentially characterised in that it comprises a leaktight casing 1 which can contain a eutectic fluid, a coil 2, a part of which is located in the casing so that it can be immersed in the eutectic fluid, it being possible for a refrigerant fluid to flow through the coil, and the outer wall 4 of the part contained in the casing being covered by and in contact with a sleeve 5, this sleeve forming a continuous wall with the wall of the casing.
