<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a demand of a tariff of a time in which an air conditioner is not operated or a tariff of an operation out of a reserved time to a tenant by charging the tariff of utility result of the conditioner corresponding to a reserved time of the tenant for an overtime operation of the conditioner. CONSTITUTION:When one air conditioner 1 is shared by two tenants A, B, starting and finishing times of actually used overtimes of the conditioner by the tenants are first calculated. Then, whether the one conditioner is reserved by both the tenants or not is decided, and if there is no duplicated reservation, tenant's tariff used at overtime of the conditioner is calculated by a normal charge calculating method. On the other hand, if there is duplicated reservations, whether the reserved starting time is before the starting time of a result time in which the conditioner is operated at the overtime or not is decided. In the case of YES, the starting time of the result is used as a START time, while in the case of NO, the reserved starting time is used as the START time.</p> |
