<p>PURPOSE:To provide a defibrillating apparatus improved in its defibrillating section, designed to defibrillate an object material by differential revolution of a pair of rollers at such a position where groups of the tips of elastic wires planted radially in the pair of defibrillating rollers intrude mutually a bit into one another. CONSTITUTION:A material 3 to be defibrillated such as waste paper sheets is fed in a wet state by a feeder 1 and smoothly guided, via a sheet press holding means 4, in between a pair of defibrillating rollers 2a, 2b, whose peripheral surface has tiltedly planted metallic elastic wires 22 so that their tips, relative to the base end, represent the front side in the revolving direction and also intrude mutually a bit into one another. With the differential revolution of the pair of rollers 2a, 2b, the material 3 is defibrillated into paper fibers. Besides, a dresser plate 9 is arranged in parallel with the roller 2a of lower speed revolution and paper fibers, after defibrillation, adhered to the roller 2a are shaved down by the tip comb part of the dresser plate 9, thus preventing cloggings, etc.</p> |
