PURPOSE:To provide a method for applying a powdery material to the surface of a food by which a powdery topping material only in a required amount can uniformly be topped without any waste. CONSTITUTION:This method for applying a powdery material to the surface of a food is to heat the surface (topping surface) (2a) of the prefrozen food to which the powdery material is applied, thaw the surface, scatter (top) the powdery topping material 4 on the topping surface, turn the topping surface (2a) downward and drop the excessive topping material 4. |
