PURPOSE:To manufacture a tip having a hole for a writing brush with reduced likelihood of a material loss that has a content liquid-introduction hole piercing through the fusion-combined layer at the tip rear end of a writing brush formed in the center of a fusion-combined surface, and also a tip with the hole of a writing brush having the longest hair of a writing brush emphasized by making tips converge into a point densely. CONSTITUTION:Energy beam 11 is emitted on the rear end surface of a hair bundle to be combination-fused via a masking plate 7, thereby enabling respective mono-filaments of the hair bundle to be fused each other necessarily and sufficiently to form a tip and, in this instance, stakes 14 steeply tapered at the center of a non-masked part 5 of the masking plate 7 are made in the form of perpendicularly hanging down with respect to the masking plate 7 surface, and then the stakes 14 are inserted into the rear cross sectional surface of the hair bundle by emitting energy beam 11, resulting in forming a content liquid-introduction hole in the center of the fused bundle surface at the rear end of the ear tip. |
