PURPOSE: To provide a pharmaceutical prepn. or nutritive prepn. for treating or prophylaxis of the high-homocysteine level symptom and/or high-methionine level symptom of the infant's blood or the pathological disorder associated therewith. CONSTITUTION: This prepn. contains a) the vitamin B6 itself, at least part of which is a compd. for easily releasing pyridoxal (PL) in the body without the intervention of the PL or oxdase enzyme or oxygen or the vitamin B6 having the form of the salt of a medicinally permissible acid, which is an active raw material, b) folate or the precursor of the folate which releases the folate in the body and c) vitamin B12 which may have an intrinsic factor at ratios of a):b) from 1:25 to 10,000:1 and b):c) from 1:1 to 50,000:1. This prepn. is incorporated into the artificial nutritive mixture for the infants.
