摘要 <p>The invention relates to communications technology, more specifically, to the transmission of information, especially over long and ultra-long distances. According to the invention, the transmission of information involves the creation of an information signal which is propagated by the creation and modification in the local region of space of a sum vector potential ( @ sum) equal to the sum of the vector potential ( @ ) of the magnetic field and the cosmological vector potential ( @ ig); reception of the signal involves registering the physical effects associated with a region in space with a reduced value of the sum potention ( @ sum) referred to above and its modifications. Variations of the device ("Information transmission systems") comprise: a transmitter (5) with signal emitting elements (6, 17, 19) and modulators (7, 18, 19), whose magnetic field has a vector potential (1) ( @ ) at an angle of between 90 DEG and 270 DEG to the cosmological vector potential (2) ( @ ig); and a receiver (9) with sensing elements in the form, in a first embodiment, of a container (10) housing a beta -emitting radioactive substance and provided with a beta decay sensor (11), said sensor being connected to a system which analyses the signal parameters of the signal originating from the sensor and emits an information signal.
