<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of pressure sensitive adhesive such as photosensitive resin in the case of sticking a base plate on a film. SOLUTION: This apparatus is formed such that films 12 are stuck on front and rear surface of a base plate 26. In this case, film ends protruding in a predetermined length from an end 26A of the plate 26 at the time of stick at a front side of a seal bar 32 for temporarily attaching the films at an end of a film temporarily attaching member body 21 for adsorbing and holding the ends of the film 12 are vertically sandwiched between film pressure contact members 31 of parts of the body 21, brought into pressure contact therewith and the ends or rear end side are brought into pressure contact with lamination rolls.</p> |
