ELASTOMER BLEND AND ITS USE IN TIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an elastomer composition capable of presenting a processable rubber composition without using a process oil which probably decreases properties of a cured product by drying a specific elastomer blend and recovering the dried elastomer blend. SOLUTION: The objective composition is obtained by blending (A) a primary latex of a diene-based elastomer having about 70-140 moony (ML4) viscosity with (B) an additional latex of a diene-based elastomer having about 5-20 moony (ML4) viscosity in an A/B weight ratio of about 20/1 - about 1/1 or (C) a primary polymer of diene-based elastomer having about 70-140 moony (ML4) viscosity with (D) an additional polymer of diene-based elastomer having about 5-20 moony (ML4) viscosity in a C/D weight ratio of about 20/1 - about 1/1 to obtain an elastomer blend, drying the elastomer blend and recovering the dried elastomer blend.
