PURPOSE: A microphone holder is provided to facilitate an assembling process of a microphone with respect to a housing of a mobile phone, and prevent an interference with other components. CONSTITUTION: The microphone holder comprises a hole(10a) in which a microphone is mounted from a lower portion thereof and which is communicated with other hole formed in a housing of the mobile phone, and a hollow portion in which the microphone is mounted. The holder is a conductor which a nonconductive insulated wire is intermittently formed on an outer face thereof. A lower surface of the holder is contacted with a terminal formed on an upper face of the microphone. A connector(11) which is contacted with a terminal of a printed circuit board is provide on an upper surface of the holder. A cushion portion is projected from both sides of the hollow portion so as to serve as a shock-absorbing member. Thereby, the microphone is integrally formed with the connector and the productivity is increased.
