PURPOSE: A driver integrated circuit(IC) of liquid crystal display(LCD) is provided to reduce pad by holding static driver and SEG driver in common. CONSTITUTION: The driver IC generating SEG output and static common output for forming static icons is comprising, a SEG driver shifting level of a selected first supply voltage or a select/unselect signal and outputting a standard voltage in response to the static-on signal, a second supply voltage and the predetermined voltage as the SEG output in response to signal having a shifted level, and a controller generating the static common output by logic-mixing a static font signal, common SEG signal and the static-on signal, level-shifting the results, selecting the result and the common SEG signal in response to the static-on signal, outputting selected signal as the standard/ a second supply voltage by turning over.
