PURPOSE: An instrument is provided to block rainwater from flowing into a bus through a ventilating opening flowing in the external air while raining. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a bus ventilating opening contains:an upper member(51) being weld fixed to the inside of a perpendicular member(41) of a blocking member(40) while integrally bend up formed for being inclined downward; a lower member(52) integrally formed to the inside of the perpendicular member while maintaining a proper space from the upper member for being bend up formed dually to the upward; and a hanging member(53) being weld fixed to one end of the lower member. Herein, plural fixing members(55) are fixed by welding while maintaining a proper space in a space unit(54) formed between the blocking member and the lower member.
