PURPOSE: A lamp compounding device of a LCD projection system is provided to reduce the number of assembling steps and minimizes the inferiority according to the difficulty of the assembly by using a plate type spring for the inside case and lamp assembly and as a result by simple adding and deleting assembly. CONSTITUTION: The device of a LCD projection system comprises a supporting member(24) which is built up from the lower plate of an inside case(22). The supporting member(24) is formed at a lower part of the inside case(22) by a general press method. The device further comprises a fixing spring(26) which fixes a lamp assembly(6) is fixed to an upper bending part of the supporting part(24) by a spot welding method; an additional fixing spring(28) which prevents the lamp assembly (6) from moving and an elastic member fixing the projection part(30) of the lamp assembly(6) is fixed at the bent part of the supporting member. A plate type spring(32) can be used in the place of the additional fixing spring(28) and the number of assembly steps are reduced and the inferiority is minimized.
