PURPOSE: A method is provided to process an outgoing call transferred to a transmitting-side mobile station center from a transmitting-side mobile station of an intelligent network which performs an IMT-2000(International Mobile Telecommunications-2000) service. CONSTITUTION: A service control function part(161) connected to a transmitting-side mobile station center(140) receives an international mobile user identity of an outgoing user, and performs(P210) an identification process about the outgoing user and a cipher process of a radio link. Whether the outgoing user subscribes to the service to be wanted is confirmed(P220). A routing address is acquired(P230) for transferring data to a receiving-side user. Whether the service resource for connecting the call exists is confirmed(S240). And, the transmitting-side user is connected(P250) to the receiving-side user. Whether a communication service request with new user in respect to the call or a modification request about the established connection information exists is observed(S260). Therefore, when an IMT-2000 service user dials a receiving-side address, the pertinent outgoing call can be processed in an intelligent network.
