PURPOSE: A filth-removing apparatus is provided to automatically remove the filth or living wastes flowed along the channel in by establishing at drain process tank or at water-collecting tank. CONSTITUTION: The structure of a filth-removing apparatus is composed of the steps of: setting a beam holder(12) at the front of a main body frame(11); setting a beam shaft(14) enables to elevate to multi-layers inside of the beam holder(12); establishing a connecting shaft(15) at the lower part of the beam shaft(14) to connect a filth-collecting plate(20) by a bracket(21); installing plural rakes(31) corresponded to the interval of a screen(13) at the front of the filth-collecting plate(20) to remove the filth of the lower part; the filth-removing apparatus(10) for absorbing the shock while operating that enabling the whole rakes(31) established at the front of the filth-collecting apparatus(20) to reciprocate to left and right
