EL-DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING HIGH STABILITY AND METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME

PURPOSE: EL-display device and a method for making the same are provided to enhance a stability. CONSTITUTION: EL-display device includes a glass substrate(1), a transparent electrode(2), electroluminescent(EL) layers(3-1,3-2,3-3), and metal layer(4). The EL-display device includes organic thin film having a three-dimensional reticular structure by a crosslink of monomer having at least one vinyl(double connection). Thereby, a stability of the EL-display device increases.
