摘要

This high speed word-line driver can reduce the time required for the operating voltage and can avoid damages from the overlap current or noise. The drive consists of a 1/n selection circuit and an operating voltage circuit which convert the received n signals into one signal to carry, a buffer to buff output signals from the 1/n selection circuit and the operating voltage circuit, a 1/m selection circuit and an operating voltage circuit to convert m signals into one signal to carry, and a second operating voltage circuit for selection signal which controls the transmission of buffer output to word-line according to the output signal of the 1/m selection circuit and the operating voltage circuit.
