New wiring system for intelligent voice and data multiplexor for medium/large size communication networks, consisting in having connectors in the subrack, all of them similar and independent from the card which they serve, having an adequate number of pins, in order to allow the cards being installed in the multiplexor, corresponding to a fixed connection for each pin of said connector to each input pin in the distribution frame, communicating in the multiplexor 1 with a distribution frame 7, connecting the rack of the multiplexor 1 to the terminal strips of the distribution frame 7, configuring a wiring which is independent of the type and number of existing communication cards in the multiplexor 1. <IMAGE>
