Tip for ultrasonic endoscope which has to accommodate two surgical instruments has openings for them in front and behind oscillator system

The insertion section (1) of the endoscope has a tip (2) at the distal end. In the center of the tip a ring-shaped oscillator system (5) is located at an angle to the longitudinal axis (2a). In front of the oscillator system an opening (4) for one surgical instrument (100), e.g. injection needle,is located. Behind it a further opening (24) for a second instrument (200).
