PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use this device even when the shape of an object is different by controlling a detection switch of a main body part by opening and closing the opening of a housing part for an object which has transparency. SOLUTION: A housing part 12 is formed a transparent hard plastic member and is also a rectangular parallelepiped shape. The top sides of the part 12 are open, and a main body part 11 is inserted into an opening part 15 while being slid as the arrow A. In such a case, a detection switch 17 is fixed to a constant place by pushing the part 11 in the direction of the arrow A. The inserted part 11 and the part 12 are fixed to a hole 20 of the part 12 by a locking part 19 of a locking device 18 of the part 11, and it can not be unlocked without a special key. Because the part 11 can attached, detached and fixed to/from the top sides of the part 12 as a cap in this way, an object with any shape can be housed, and the object inside the part 12 can not be taken out without the key.
