PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the degrees of freedom of arrangement of a baggage fixing tool such as a tie-down belt. SOLUTION: A hook 30 supporting the end of a tie-down belt 26 in a baggage space is adapted to be movable along a guide rail 34. The mounting position of the tie-down belt 26 is altered in response to the size, the shape of a baggage to be fixed. A means for preventing the hook 30 from being carelessly moved can be provided in the guide rail 34.
