PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give information of call termination to a portable telephone set by spuriously performing the multiple light-flickering of plural LEDs without a power source by connecting and providing plural LEDs in a synthetic resin film and connecting and providing a timing logic integration circuit and the LEDs. SOLUTION: A timing logic integrated circuit 2 consisting of a binary counter and a decoder is connected and provided in an antenna unit part 1 formed of a coil and a detection diode. Then, between two-layers of films 3 made of synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride, etc., plural LEDs 4 of a chip type are connected and embedded and the circuit 2 and the LEDs 4 are connected and provided. Then, in the call termination to a portable telephone set, the plural connected LEDs 4 of the chip type are alternately flickered to effectively give information of call termination to the portable telephone set by light emission with variation. In addition, by using an electromagnetic induction coil 1, a power source such as a button battery is unnecessitated.
