PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record information transmitted via radio in wireless telephone communication. SOLUTION: The radio wave reception recorder 40 is provided with a radio wave reception section 42 that receives a radio wave signal, a voice data storage section 43 that demodulates the radio wave signal received by the radio wave reception section 42 into voice data and stores the voice data, a data conversion section 44 that converts the voice data stored in the voice data storage section 43 into a character code, an image data storage section 45 that converts the character code converted by the data conversion section 44 into image data and stores the image data, a recording element section 47 that records the image data stored in the image data storage section 45 to a recording medium 60, a synchronizing signal output section 46 that outputs a synchronizing signal synchronously with a timing when the image data stored in the image data storage section 45 is sent to the recording element section 47, and a motor 48 that carries the recording medium 60 on the basis of the synchronizing signal outputted from the synchronizing signal output section 46.
