PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it efficient to set a search space by flexibly and speedily extracting network resources increasing the degree of user's satisfaction according to the state. SOLUTION: For the method, a network resource group 151 as constitution elements of the search space, a property management part 150 which performs management by the properties of the network resources, an evaluation standard setting part 120 which selects and sets evaluation standards by obtaining evaluation standard information from an evaluation standard information management part 122 once receiving a search space request, an evaluation part 140 which evaluates the network resources according to the evaluation standards, and a search space generation part 160 which generates a search space according to the result of the evaluation are provided. Management indexes of the resources are determined by the network resource properties, registration and management are carried out according to the indexes, and when a search for resources is requested, evaluation standards are selected and set.
