PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert, which can be lightened and the cost of which can be reduced. SOLUTION: A bottomed cylindrical anchor section 1 and a pipe section 2, in which a rear end section is connected continuously at the front end section of the anchor section 1 under a fitted state, are formed of stainless steel, a hole is formed to a female screw 6 and a projecting section 5 is formed from an outer circumference on the rear end side in the anchor section 1, the front end section of the pipe section 2 is arranged to the surface of the concrete structure 18, and the anchor section 1 is formed in constitution in which the female screw 6 is formed in a through-hole and a cover 3 is fitted at the rear end of the through-hole. When the pipe section 2 is formed of a thin steel pipe, a limewash stop seal 4 with a cylindrical section 9 fitted into the front end section of the pipe section and a ring-shaped seal section 11, which is installed in a flange shape and in which the rear side is stuck fast to the cut edge surface of the pipe section, may also be mounted.
