PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide road surface plates for road having a number of grooves (9) on their ourfaces and having holes, which are laid on the road and the snow can be automatically and compulsorily removed every time pedestrians and vehicles pass when snow is falling and accumulating. SOLUTION: The road surface plate (1) is to be laid on a structure (3) having a dent, arranged under the road surface. The road surface plate (1) has penetrating holes (2), in which the dimension of the hole in the back face is made larger than the hole in the top face.
