POCKETING ELECTRODE, PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND LITHIUM SECONDARY CELL USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are a pocketing electrode preventing wrinkles of a separating film, a lithium secondary cell having increased energy density by using the pocketing electrode, and a process for producing the pocketing electrode. CONSTITUTION: The pocketing electrode comprises: an anode plate(220) having an uncoating protrusion and a coating layer of an anode active material capable of inletting or discharging lithium ions reversibly; the separating films coating the both sides of the anode plate(220), wherein the uncoating protrusion is exposed; an insulating polymer film(200) containing an adhesive component for gluing the separating films, which is located between the separating films around the anode plate(220). The lithium secondary cell is produced by laminating cathodes on the pocketing electrode many times by turns. And the process for producing the pocketing electrode comprises the steps of: eliminating parts of the polymer film(200) to make spaces for inserting the anode plates(220) therein; arranging the anode plates(220) in the spaces at regular intervals; laying the separating films on the both sides of the polymer film(200) and coating the anode plates(220) except the uncoating protrusion; heating and pressing by passing through rolls.
