PURPOSE:To solve the generation of a part where a mark is omitted due to a bridge by using a stencil wherein bridges of patterns are cut at different positions to the mark, and forming the mark while overlapping the patterns when the mark is to be indicated with the use of the laser beam and stencil. CONSTITUTION:To mark an object 60, first, laser beams are oscillated from a laser oscillator 10 to be reflected in the object 60 by a mirror 20. At a first marking, one pattern 42 among a pair of patterns 42 and 43 having bridges cut at different positions in a rotary stencil 40 is used. The rotary stencil 40 is subsequently rotated so that the other pattern 43 comes to the same position as the one pattern 42. A second marking is performed to the same position of the same object 60 with using the other pattern 43. Accordingly, since marking is carried out in the overlapping manner, a part where the mark is omitted due to the bridge of the pattern is never generated. |
