SEGMENT DISPLAY USING DIFFUSION FILM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A segment display using a diffusion film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a yield and to reduce the umber of process and a defect ratio. CONSTITUTION: A chip LED is mounted on a printed circuit board in which a lead is soldered(S1). A reflector having a light diffusion part is attached on the printed circuit board(S2). A diffusion film is attached on an upper part of the reflector(S3). The chip LED is installed on the printed circuit board of a segment display. A lead is soldered on the printed circuit board on which the chip LED is mounted. The reflector having the light diffusion part is injection molded. The diffusion film or a diffusion panel is adhered on an upper surface of the reflector by using an adhesion.
