EXCHANGE SYSTEM OF CROSS SONDE FOR SMELTING FURNACE

PURPOSE: An exchange system of cross sonde for smelting furnace is provided which easily exchange the cross sonde, and reduces working hours, manpower and costs and excludes danger of safety accidents by mechanically performing exchange work of the cross sonde. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for exchanging a cross sonde for a blast furnace comprises an exchange device(30) consisting of the main trolley part(40) and the subsidiary trolley part(70) connected to a chain(33) which is rotated backward and forward, and a mobile transfer car which is installed at the bottom surface so as to supply and discharge the cross sonde to be exchanged; a main trolley part(40) consisting of a mount bed to both sides of which side plates having rollers are fixed so that the mount bed is rested and glided on the guide rail, a connector which is connected to the front and rear parts of the mount bed by a chain(33); legs which are projected to the lower side of the mount bed, and a connector(45) which is installed on the legs and connected to an attach flange(24) of a cross sonde(20); and a subsidiary trolley part(70) consisting of a mount bed to both sides of which side plates having rollers are fixed so that the mount bed is rested and glided on the guide rail, a connector which is connected to the front and rear parts of the mount bed by a chain(33), and an ordinary chain block(77) which is connected to the legs that are projected to the lower side of the mount bed.
