Preliminarily, mechanical properties of formation ground samples are tested, and rated value of differential pressure required for changing the ground structure to increase its permeability in well surroundings is determined. During perforation or after it, differential pressure is built up with value not less than raised one and maintained said value until well is changed to operating conditions. Preferably differential pressure shall be maintained within rated value until cessation of fluid output. Proposed method is used for recovery of oil, water, gas-condensate, etc., in well completion.
