PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet made of a synthetic resin, in which openings for holding the pallet with hands are defined at portions of deck boards where a cylindrical central girder for connecting the central regions of the deck boards to each other is positioned, which is accordingly lifted in a well-balanced and stable state when one worker inserts his hands into the openings and lifts the synthetic resin pallet, and which can be stacked on one another or placed on a transfer line of a transfer conveyor or the like. SOLUTION: The pallet P made of a synthetic resin has deck boards 1 and 2 which are connected to each other with cylindrical corner girders 3, cylindrical intermediate girders 4 and a cylindrical central girder 5. In this pallet P, openings 7a and 7b for holding the pallet with hands are defined at portions of the deck boards where the central girder for connecting the central regions of the deck boards to each other is positioned.
