PURPOSE: Provided is a pizza oven to evenly cook pizza dough without burning it by using a stone hot plate not to heat a lower heater directly. Further, the pizza oven uses 100% of heat capacity from the lower heater and 50-60% of heat capacity from an upper heater separately to cook pizza dough and its topping without burning them. Wherein a far infrared ray heater is used for the upper heater to maintain characteristic taste of pizza topping. CONSTITUTION: The pizza oven comprises the followings: an upper heater(51) which is equipped at the inside of a lid and heats the top part of an ingredient to be cooked; a lower heater(2) which is equipped at the inside of a housing and heats the bottom part of the ingredient to be cooked; a heating plate(3) composed of stone hot plate heated by the lower heat(2); a both sided toasting plate(4) mounted on the heating plate(3); and a thermocontrol circuit which controls heats provided by both the lower heater and the upper heater.
