EXTERNAL BONE FIXATION DEVICE FOR TREATMENT OF BONE FRACTURES

PURPOSE: A device for external fixation of bone fractures simplified in the construction and installation of an external fixation device and reinforced in fixing force is provided. It can make easy fixing and operation thereof using a clamp connector and a rod coupler according to the installation position of a pin and a connecting rod for supporting the pin. CONSTITUTION: This external fixation device comprises a plurality of pins(22,24) for inserting into bones, a plurality of connecting rods(26,28) for connecting the plurality of pins and supporting and a plurality of pin clamps(30,30') disposed at a portion in which the pin and connecting rod are crossed to fix the pin and connecting rod, wherein at least one of the connecting rods is fixed on the pin clamps by the clamp connector inserted at a distance out of the pin. The connecting rod fixed to the clamp connector is fixed on another connecting rod by a rod coupler(34).
