PURPOSE: Provided is a polysulfone-based hollow fiber membrane with excellent durability for steam by bridging hydrophilic polymer in hollow fiber membrane which can reduce cost and just needs simple process. CONSTITUTION: In a preparation method of the polysulfone-based hollow fiber membrane comprising the steps of spinning an inner coagulation liquid including glycol-based compounds and a spinning dope including polysulfone-based polymer such as polysulfone and polyestersulfone, organic solvent and additives through a dual pipe nozzle to the air, followed by solidification by outer coagulation liquid, the present invention is characterized in that the spinning dope is added with polyvinylpyrollidone with a molecular weight of 30,000 to 300,000 as hydrophilic polymer, and crosslinking agents such as persulfate and peroxides are added to the inner coagulation liquid in an amount of 3 to 20 wt.% to provide free radical.
