PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program information producing apparatus, utilizing a broadcasting program of a cooperating station, capable of simplifying an edition of program information regarding an even of the cooperating station by applying the program information produced at the cooperating station side. SOLUTION: The program information producing apparatus, utilizing the broadcasting program of the cooperating station acquires the program information produced at the cooperating station side, and specifically edits an only a schedule of the program information, regarding the event of the cooperating station. Thus, the schedule to be peculiarly edited can be reduced, and the edition of the program information, regarding the event of the cooperating station can be simplified. The producing apparatus comprises a frame for broadcasting the event of the cooperating station. When the broadcasting schedule of the event of the cooperating station is changed within the frame, the schedule is automatically updated, based on the program information produced at the cooperating station. Thus, the edition of the program information in which the schedule is updated within the frame for broadcasting the vent of the cooperating station can be simplified.
