PURPOSE: A method for sealing an organic semiconductor and an organic semiconductor produced with the same are provided to prevent the degradation of the semiconductor due to moisture and oxygen. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an organic semiconductor comprises a step of layering an anode and an organic layer on a substrate and a step of forming a cathode by using cathode material including dehydrogenation gas agent like a metal halide compound on the organic layer. |
