PURPOSE: A health food product containing an aqueous alkaline solution for supplying minerals including beef bones, cuttlefish bones, red seaweeds, organic acid and purified water as a main component. CONSTITUTION: The health food product contains (a)an aqueous alkaline solution for supplying minerals including beef bones, cuttlefish bones, red seaweeds, organic acid and purified water, (b)an herbal composition, (c)dried Alaska Pollack, (d)black beans, (e)Lentinus edodes, (f)casein phosphopeptide and (g)docosahexaenoic acid(DHA). The aqueous alkaline solution for supplying minerals is prepared by grinding beef bones, cuttlefish bones and red seaweeds, heating at 1,000 to 1,200deg.C, solubilizing cooled powder with distilled water and solubilizing with organic acid at 120 to 150deg.C. The herbal composition contains Eucommiae Cortex, Cervi Cornu, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Crataegi Fructus, Semen Cuscutae, Poria cocos, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Acori Graminei Rhizoma, Astragali Radix, Paeoniae Radix, Cnidii Rhizoma, Angelicae Gigantis Radix, Glycyrrhizae Radix or its mixture.
