PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleaching-activator composition with good solubility and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The method for producing a bleaching-activator composition comprises removing a solvent and/or water from a mixture of a bleaching activator and a surfactant, which is dispersed in a nonaqueous solvent. The bleaching-activator composition is obtained by the production method. Bleaching activator granules are obtained by further granulating the bleaching-activator composition.
