PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder-containing solid cosmetic which does not belong to a powder solid cosmetic and an oil gel solid cosmetic, belongs to a region between both the cosmetics, and has an excellent color-rendering property. SOLUTION: This solid cosmetic comprising (1) a cross-linked organopolysiloxane and (2) fine particles is characterized by containing an oily ingredient having flowability at 1 atmospheric pressure and at 25°C in an amount of 20 to 50 mass%. The cross-linked organopolysiloxane is preferably a cross-linked methylpolysiloxane. The content of the cross-linked organopolysiloxane is preferably 3 to 10 mass%. The content of the fine particles is preferably 40 to 75 mass%. The fine particles are preferably titanium mica which may be subjected to a surface treatment and colored. It is preferable that the viscosity of the mixture of the cross-linked organopolysiloxane with the oily ingredient having flowability at 1 atmospheric pressure and at 25°C is 400 to 1,000 mP×sec at 20°C.
