PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain an approximately vertical state even if a small external force is applied to a hanging implement and, when a large external force is applied thereto, to mitigate the impact by deforming an elastic body. SOLUTION: This hanging device allows a support implement to hang and support the hanging implement having a hook part in the lower part of a shaft, from its through-hole, the hanging implement is provided with a pivot part in the upper part of the shaft, the shaft is hung from the through-hole of the support implement and supported to the pivot part, the pivot part is directly or indirectly pushed from the upper part by the elastic body such as a helical compression spring or the like to be retained in the approximately vertical state and, when the external force is applied to the hanging implement from a horizontal direction, the elastic body is deformed and the hanging implement is inclined to mitigate the impact.
