PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bedding saving complicated work and efficiently manufactured and to provide the manufacturing method of the bedding. SOLUTION: This bedding is so formed that an outer fabric 1 and a lining 2 are stacked together and their outer circumferences except for one sides l1 and L2 are sewn to form a first bag body A; an intermediate fabric formed with notch parts in the four corners and a cut part 6 in the inside of the notch parts and the lining 2 are stacked together and their outer circumferences are sewn except for the four corners to form a second bag body B; the second bag body B stores inner cotton 20 comprising endless fibers from the cut part 6; each of the four corners of the inner cotton 20 is drawn out from each of the notches 5 of the intermediate fiber 3 to the outside of the second bag body B; the first bag body A is turned inside out; and the second bag body B stored with the inner cotton 20 is stored in its inside.
