<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting module, an optical head, and an optical disk recording/reproducing device, capable of being made compact and thinned, achieving high performance, simplifying a manufacturing process, and obtaining highly efficient heat radiation characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A light emitting/receiving element module 62 having an LD as a light source and a single or a plurality of light receiving elements and used for an optical head used for recording/reproducing information is provided with a tabular conductive multilayer ceramic substrate 50, and at least one component mounted on the conductive multilayer ceramic substrate 50.
