<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data input system in which one dummy document is formed by combining divided data for each of different documents, the divided data being obtained by dividing information described on a document for each area, and transmitting the one dummy document to a terminal device where data are inputted. <P>SOLUTION: When image data read by an image scanner 1 are given to an image management server 2, the image data are divided and divided image data are generated. The divided image data of different combinations are coupled to generate image data of a dummy document, and the generated image data are transmitted to a terminal device 3. When text data obtained by inputting text in the terminal device 3 are given to the image management server 2, the text data are divided for each text corresponding to the divided image data, and divided text data are generated.
