An automatic temperature adjustable water tap is provided to improve convenience for uses by opening and closing a passage by turning an opening/closing handle to the right and to the left. An automatic temperature adjustable water tap includes a hot water introduction pipe(11), a cold water introduction pipe(12), a mixed water discharge pipe(13), a body(14), an inner casing(15), a shaft member(16), a ring member(17), a resilient member(18), a hot and cold water regulating lower plate(19), a hot and cold water regulating upper plate(20), an opening/closing handle(22), an operation rod(23), a temperature regulating handle(24), and a temperature regulating safety button(25). The opening/closing handle is engaged with the outer peripheral surface of the rotational shaft. The opening/closing handle interrupts discharge of mixed water by rotating the rotational shaft and rotating the hot and cold water regulating upper plate. The operation rod makes contact with an operation pin of the shaft member to be moved upward and downward according to the right and left rotation. One side of the temperature regulating handle is engaged with the operation rod and regulates the temperature by rotating the operation rod. The temperature regulating safety button is engaged with the temperature regulating handle to restrict the rotation of the temperature regulating handle.
