发明名称 斑节对虾延伸因子基因序列
摘要 本发明公开了一种斑节对虾延伸因子基因,以近源物种延伸因子的基因的CDS序列的保守区设计的兼并引物,并用PCR法扩增,结合RACE技术克隆到斑节对虾延伸因子基因的全表达序列。对于研究对虾体内的延伸因子的基因结构组成,探讨其行使调控能力的功能区域位置及与其他动物的区别,从而对于研究其重组蛋白在生产中的应用提供重要的理论依据。
